Help Save The Whispers Estate

The Whispers estate has been dealing with roof leaks over time, which were only recently noticed by our new owner. While the damage is currently minor, delaying the replacement could lead to costly repairs down the line, posing a significant financial burden. Despite our countries economic difficulties, Rich Ballard has consistently kept prices low by relying on volunteer efforts for improvements such as installing air conditioning. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover the roof, and recent storms have exacerbated the urgency of the situation.
